EVERYONE CAN TRAIN. We offer accessible and adaptable workouts so that you can get in shape and have fun at the same time. We help you meet new challenges every day and improve all your basic physical abilities.
700 m2 of training area in the center of Ciutadella de Menorca. We have 2 spaces. An indoor box fully equipped with professional and quality material, and a large outdoor space where you can train outdoors and make your WOD a unique experience. Do you want to be a part of our family?

Our Head Coach, graduated in physical and sporting sciences (UB) and a master in Sports performance, personal trainer and competitor in various competitions at the state and European level. It is currently in the master 40-44 category, and also has the level 1 certificate.
